Amit Dass is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and delivering value across TMT, GRC and Professional service sectors. With a strong track record in private equity, Amit been involved in over 25 M&A transactions to date. He has worked as a CFO and COO for PE backed buy and builds and also conducted his own management buy out in 2018 before successfully exiting in 2025. His expertise in strategy, M&A and integration, and financial and operational management has consistently resulted in significant returns for investors.

Amit’s leadership style is both authentic and collaborative, fostering high-performing teams and sustainable business growth.

Prior to founding West Street Partners, he has held executive leadership positions at Strategic Insight, Compliance Solutions Strategies, Brevis Law and Tungsten Publishing.

Holding an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and a Certified Management Accountant qualification, he is exceptionally well-equipped to drive transformative success.
